Pistachio Fudge

Ingredients
- 3 cups chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/8 teaspoon salt, can use less
- 14 ounces condensed milk
- 7 ounces marshmallow cream
- 3 1/2 ounces instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1 cup pistachios, finely chopped
Recipe
- 1 line an 8x8 baking pan with aluminum foil making sure the foil hangs over the edges of the pan.
- 2 in a medium saucepan combine the chocolate chips, butter, salt and condensed milk.
- 3 heat over medium heat until melted and smooth, stirring constantly.
- 4 add the pudding mix and stir until pudding mix dissolves.
- 5 add marshmallow and stir until melted and smooth.
- 6 pour mixture into prepared pan.
- 7 sprinkle pistachios on top and press down with the palm of your hand.
- 8 cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate until set.
- 9 9. when ready to serve remove from pan and remove foil.
- 10 cut into small pieces and serve.
