Pistachio Fudge

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt, can use less
  • 14 ounces condensed milk
  • 7 ounces marshmallow cream
  • 3 1/2 ounces instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 cup pistachios, finely chopped

Recipe

  • 1 line an 8x8 baking pan with aluminum foil making sure the foil hangs over the edges of the pan.
  • 2 in a medium saucepan combine the chocolate chips, butter, salt and condensed milk.
  • 3 heat over medium heat until melted and smooth, stirring constantly.
  • 4 add the pudding mix and stir until pudding mix dissolves.
  • 5 add marshmallow and stir until melted and smooth.
  • 6 pour mixture into prepared pan.
  • 7 sprinkle pistachios on top and press down with the palm of your hand.
  • 8 cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate until set.
  • 9 9. when ready to serve remove from pan and remove foil.
  • 10 cut into small pieces and serve.
