Lemon Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients
- 1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix (with pudding in the mix)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°.
- 2 mix dry cake mix, 1 egg and oil until crumbly.
- 3 reserve 1 cup and pat remaining mixture into a 9 x 13 inch pan.
- 4 bake for 15 minutes.
- 5 beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and 1 egg until light and smooth.
- 6 spread over baked layer and sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
- 7 bake for 15 minutes more.
- 8 cool completely and cut into bars.
- 9 store in refrigerator.
