Pistachio Freezer Pies

Ingredients

• Servings: 24
• 1 1/4 cups cold milk
• 1 (3 3/8 ounce) package royal instant pistachio pudding mix
• 2 cups prepared whipped topping
• 48 chocolate wafer cookies

Recipe

• 1 pour milk into small deep mixing bowl.
• 2 add royal instant pistachio pudding and mix on low speed of electric mixer for 2 minutes.
• 3 chill until partially set, about 5 minutes.
• 4 fold in prepared whipped topping.
• 5 spread 1 tbls.
• 6 pudding mixture on each of 24 chocolate wafer cookies.
• 7 top with remaining cookies and wrap pies individually in pastic wrap.
• 8 freeze until firm.
