Pistachio Cake

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 cups yellow cake mix
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 cup oil
• 6 7/8 ounces instant pistachio pudding mix
• 1 cup club soda
• 1/2 cup nuts (chopped)
• 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 3 -4 teaspoons water
• food coloring, to tint

Recipe

• 1 combine all ingredients. beat 2 minutes at meduim speed. bake in a greased and floured pan at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. when cool, make a glaze, mix until smooth, tint with food color and pour over cake.
