Pistachio Cake And Frosting

Ingredients

• 1 box cake mix
• 1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant pistachio pudding mix (small box)
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup 7-up soda
• 3/4 cup vegetable oil
• 1/2 cup flaked coconut
• 1 cup chopped walnuts
• 2 envelopes dream whip
• 1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant pistachio pudding mix (small box)
• 1 1/2 cups cold milk

Recipe

• 1 cake: mix all ingredients together in a large bowl all at once.
• 2 pour into greased and floured 9x13" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
• 3 cool completely and make frosting: put all ingredients into large bowl and whip until stiff peaks form.
• 4 frost cooled cake and sprinkle with chopped walnuts, if desired.
