Ingredients

- 1 (3 ounce) package fat free sugar-free pistachio pudding mix
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 (16 ounce) carton of 4% fat small curd cottage cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) carton fat-free cool whip (or regular)
Recipe
- 1 mix in the dry pudding mix with the cool whip, well
- 2 fold in the cottage cheese.
- 3 the fold in the pineapple.
- 4 chill for a few hours till ready to serve.
