Pistachio Fluff

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (3 ounce) package fat free sugar-free pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (16 ounce) carton of 4% fat small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) carton fat-free cool whip (or regular)

Recipe

  • 1 mix in the dry pudding mix with the cool whip, well
  • 2 fold in the cottage cheese.
  • 3 the fold in the pineapple.
  • 4 chill for a few hours till ready to serve.
