Pistachio Dessert

Total Time: 4 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 4 hrs Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup flour
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup cool whip
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 cup cool whip
  • 1/2 pecans, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 mix butter flour and pecans together.
  • 2 press in 9 x 13 pan.
  • 3 bake ar 350 for 15 minutes.
  • 4 cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar and cool whip.
  • 5 spread on cooled crust.
  • 6 make pistachio pudding with 2 cups milk.
  • 7 spread over cheese layer.
  • 8 top with a thin layer of cool whip and sprinkle with nuts.
  • 9 refrigerate for 4 hours before serving. store in refrigerater.
