Pistachio Chocolate Chip Muffins!

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, soften
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350f.
- 2 place cupcake cups in cupcake pan.
- 3 in a medium bowl, beat the butter and sugar until fluffy.
- 4 add the eggs, vanilla, pudding mix and salt.
- 5 beat until mixed.
- 6 add half the flour and baking powder.
- 7 beat until just mixed.
- 8 add milk, and beat until mixed.
- 9 add the rest of the flour, and beat until just mixed.
- 10 fold in the chocolate chips.
- 11 spoon into cupcake cups about 3/4 of the way up.
- 12 bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
