Pistachio Chocolate Chip Muffins!

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, soften
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350f.
  • 2 place cupcake cups in cupcake pan.
  • 3 in a medium bowl, beat the butter and sugar until fluffy.
  • 4 add the eggs, vanilla, pudding mix and salt.
  • 5 beat until mixed.
  • 6 add half the flour and baking powder.
  • 7 beat until just mixed.
  • 8 add milk, and beat until mixed.
  • 9 add the rest of the flour, and beat until just mixed.
  • 10 fold in the chocolate chips.
  • 11 spoon into cupcake cups about 3/4 of the way up.
  • 12 bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
