Mandarin Orange Cake

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 45 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 box butter recipe cake mix
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, juice and all
  • 1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 (9 ounce) container cool whip

Recipe

  • 1 mix all the ingredients for the cake together.
  • 2 add mandarin oranges, juice and all.
  • 3 mix by hand to prevent smashing the orange sections.
  • 4 pour into two 9x13 greased and floured cake pans.
  • 5 bake at 350 for 18 to 20 minutes or until done.
  • 6 fill with the frosting, coating sides and top.
