Mandarin Orange Cake

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 (8 ounce) can mandarin oranges in juice
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (11 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding
  • 8 ounces cool whip

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 325.
  • 2 beat eggs.
  • 3 add cake mix, oil and oranges, beat well.
  • 4 bake 9x13 greased pan 30-35 minutes.
  • 5 cool.
  • 6 mix together pineapple and pudding til absorbed.
  • 7 stir in cool whip and frost cake.
  • 8 refrigerate.
