Pistachio Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (3 ounce) package pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 (12 ounce) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (12 ounce) carton cottage cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) container cool whip

Recipe

  • 1 mix pudding into crushed pineapple.
  • 2 add cottage cheese and cool whip.
  • 3 do not substitute other topping for cool whip.
  • 4 chill in refrigerator for 4 hours.
