- 1 (3 ounce) box instant lemon pudding (sugar-free, fat-free)
- 4 extra large eggs
- 1 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 2 teaspoons lemon extract
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 1 lemon, zest of
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together.
- 2 follow baking directions on box.
- 3 bake in a bundt pan or 2 large loaf pans.
