Low-carb Texas Dessert

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 1/2 cups walnuts, chopped fine
  • 1/3 cup vanilla whey protein powder
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup cool whip
  • 1/2 cup splenda sugar substitute
  • 1 (6 ounce) package sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 (6 ounce) package sugar-free chocolate pudding
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • cool whip
  • walnuts, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 mix ingredients for first layer together; spread in the bottom of a 9" x 13" pan.
  • 2 bake in a 350 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
  • 3 cool.
  • 4 mix ingredients for second layer together.
  • 5 spread over first layer.
  • 6 mix ingredients for third layer together.
  • 7 spread over second layer.
  • 8 when third layer is set, mix ingredients for fourth layer together.
  • 9 spread over third layer.
  • 10 when fourth layer is set, spread cool whip over all.
  • 11 sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
