Hollandsche Pudding - Holland Pudding

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1/2 cup farina
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter (no substitutions)
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1/2 cup nuts, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 combine farina, cocoa and salt.
  • 2 add milk, stirring constantly.
  • 3 cook in a double boiler for 30 minutes.
  • 4 add sugar, butter and egg.
  • 5 cool and add nuts.
