Ingredients

- 1/2 cup farina
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups milk
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter (no substitutions)
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
Recipe
- 1 combine farina, cocoa and salt.
- 2 add milk, stirring constantly.
- 3 cook in a double boiler for 30 minutes.
- 4 add sugar, butter and egg.
- 5 cool and add nuts.
