Low-fat Rice Pudding

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 cup medium grain rice
- 2 liters 1% low-fat milk
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Recipe
- 1 combine milk and rice in a large pot.
- 2 turn on medium burner.
- 3 cook for 1 hour.
- 4 when its 2/3 to 3/4 done, add sugar.
- 5 after it has cooked for 1 hour, add vanilla.
- 6 while cooking, stir occasionally, especially towards the end.
- 7 all done!
- 8 note: i sprinkle a small amount of sugar into the milk and rice.
