Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 tablespoons vanilla
- 1 can eagle brand condensed milk
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 box french vanilla instant pudding
- 1 quart half-and-half cream
- 2 cups milk
Recipe
- 1 beat eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla together until creamy.
- 2 add remaining ingredients except milk.
- 3 pour in ice cream freezer and finish filling to line with milk.
- 4 process in ice cream freezer until thick (about 40 minutes).
- 5 freeze.
