Ice Cream (vanilla)

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 tablespoons vanilla
  • 1 can eagle brand condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 box french vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 quart half-and-half cream
  • 2 cups milk

Recipe

  • 1 beat eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla together until creamy.
  • 2 add remaining ingredients except milk.
  • 3 pour in ice cream freezer and finish filling to line with milk.
  • 4 process in ice cream freezer until thick (about 40 minutes).
  • 5 freeze.
