Pistachio Mini Loaves

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 package yellow cake mix (18-1/4 ounces)
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 in a mixing bowl, combine cake and pudding mixes.
