Ingredients

- 4 slices light bread
- 2 cups nonfat milk
- 1/2 cup egg substitute
- 3/4 cup splenda granular
- 2 tablespoons applesauce
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325*.
- 2 put bread in a greased 9 x 9 pan
- 3 combine all ingredients and pour over bread.
- 4 bake uncovered for one hour.
