Lickety Split Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cups lickety split chocolate pudding mix
• 2 1/2 cups water
• 1 egg
• 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 tablespoon butter

Recipe

• 1 in the top of a double boiler, combine pudding mix, water, and egg.
• 2 cook over boiling water until thickened, stirring constantly.
• 3 cover and cook 10 minutes more.
• 4 stir in butter.
• 5 remove from heat.
• 6 add vanilla.
• 7 spoon into serving dishes.
