Chocolate Fudge Mousse (vegan)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 200 g tofu
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 -8 tablespoons chai tea (brewed and cooled)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 75 g dark chocolate, melted (i used 70 % cocoa)
  • 1 teaspoon splenda sugar substitute

Recipe

  • 1 blend everything until super smooth (you might need to add more or less tea depending on tofu used) and then chill overnight.
