Healthy Morning Parfait

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/2 cup whole milk vanilla yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons frozen mixed berries
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened granola cereal

Recipe

  • 1 in microwave-safe bowl, microwave 3 tablespoons of frozen berries for 30 to 45 seconds to thaw. let cool.
  • 2 gently fold in 1/2 cup of yogurt.
  • 3 sprinkle with 3 tablespoons granola.
  • 4 enjoy!
