Creamy Double Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/3 cup cocoa
• 1/4 cup cornstarch
• 1 dash salt
• 2 cups milk
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/4 cup semisweet mini chocolate chips
• 2 teaspoons vanilla

Recipe

• 1 whisk together dry ingredients in a medium saucepan.
• 2 whisk in the milk and cream, and cook over medium-high heat until mixture comes to a boil.
• 3 lower heat to medium and cook until thickened, about 5 minutes.
• 4 remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips and vanilla.
• 5 serve warm or cold.
