Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 (12 ounce) french bread, loaf cut into 1-inch cubes (8 cups)
- 4 cups fresh corn kernels
- 1 1/2 cups shredded asiago cheese
Recipe
- 1 whisk together the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; add bread, tossing to coat.
