Ingredients
- 12 ounces tofu, silken
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tablespoons vanilla soymilk
Recipe
- 1 place all the ingredients into a food processor, slowly drizzling in the soy milk. blend until smooth.
- 2 spoon into 5 serving dishes, and refrigerate. chill for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
