Honey Date Muffins

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups jiffy baking mix
• 1 tablespoon vanilla instant pudding mix
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 cup butter, softened
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup honey
• 3/4 cup dates, chopped

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees. grease muffin pan or use paper liners.
• 2 combine all dry ingredients.
• 3 add butter and mix well.
• 4 add milk, egg, honey and dates into mixture.
• 5 pour into prepared muffin pan, 3/4 full.
