Fresh Corn Pudding

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 cups corn kernels
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Recipe
- 1 mix corn, sugar, salt and pepper together.
- 2 add eggs and mix.
- 3 add milk and butter and mix.
- 4 put mixture into a 9" x 9" pyrex baking dish ( sprayed with non-stick spray).
- 5 place pyrex dish into a larger dish of hot water ( i used a large lasagna dish).
- 6 bake in a preheated 350f oven for approx 50 minutes or more ( until the pudding is firm).
