Fresh Corn Pudding

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups corn kernels
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Recipe

  • 1 mix corn, sugar, salt and pepper together.
  • 2 add eggs and mix.
  • 3 add milk and butter and mix.
  • 4 put mixture into a 9" x 9" pyrex baking dish ( sprayed with non-stick spray).
  • 5 place pyrex dish into a larger dish of hot water ( i used a large lasagna dish).
  • 6 bake in a preheated 350f oven for approx 50 minutes or more ( until the pudding is firm).
