Peanut Butterscotch Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1/3 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon natural-style peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon jello instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in blender and mix well.
