Gran's Hard Sauce For Christmas Pudding

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 3 cups icing sugar
  • 1/4 cup sherry wine (sherry recommended!) or 1/4 cup port wine (sherry recommended!)

Recipe

  • 1 soften the butter.
  • 2 combine all ingredients in a blender.
