Lemon Pineapple Pudding Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 (9 ounce) jiffy lemon cake mix or 1 (9 ounce) cake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 egg

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup milk
  • 5 ounces instant lemon pudding mix
  • 1 (16 ounce) can pineapple, drained
  • 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed

Recipe
