Ingredients

• 1 cup milk
• 1/4 ounce unflavored gelatin
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 ounces chocolate

Recipe

• 1 separate egg yolks and whites.
• 2 boil chocolate and milk until thick.
• 3 add gelatin while still hot.
• 4 beat egg yolks and sugar.
• 5 add chocolate mixture.
• 6 beat egg whites.
• 7 fold all together and cool in refrigerator until set.
