Ingredients

- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 ounce unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 ounces chocolate
Recipe
- 1 separate egg yolks and whites.
- 2 boil chocolate and milk until thick.
- 3 add gelatin while still hot.
- 4 beat egg yolks and sugar.
- 5 add chocolate mixture.
- 6 beat egg whites.
- 7 fold all together and cool in refrigerator until set.
