- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 (16 ounce) can pie cherries
- 3/4 cup sugar
Recipe
- 1 in 11x7 baking pan, melt margarine.
- 2 mix flour, 1 cup sugar, milk and baking powder.
- 3 pour over margarine.
- 4 do not stir.
- 5 pour pie cherries, with juice, over the flour mixture.
- 6 do not stir.
- 7 sprinkle with 3/4 cup sugar.
- 8 bake at 325* for 55 minutes.
