Cherry Pudding

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 55 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 (16 ounce) can pie cherries
  • 3/4 cup sugar

Recipe

  • 1 in 11x7 baking pan, melt margarine.
  • 2 mix flour, 1 cup sugar, milk and baking powder.
  • 3 pour over margarine.
  • 4 do not stir.
  • 5 pour pie cherries, with juice, over the flour mixture.
  • 6 do not stir.
  • 7 sprinkle with 3/4 cup sugar.
  • 8 bake at 325* for 55 minutes.
