Ingredients

- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons orange zest, grated
- 1/2 lb sugar
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 300°f.
- 2 mix all ingredients well with a spoon and pass through a strainer.
- 3 pour into an 8 x 6 inch pyrex and bake for 20 minutes or until sides start to brown and become crunchy and top is golden brown.
