Ambrosia De Laranja - Brazilian Orange Pudding

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 6 eggs
• 1/2 cup orange juice
• 2 tablespoons orange zest, grated
• 1/2 lb sugar

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 300°f.
• 2 mix all ingredients well with a spoon and pass through a strainer.
• 3 pour into an 8 x 6 inch pyrex and bake for 20 minutes or until sides start to brown and become crunchy and top is golden brown.
