Heath Bar Cake

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (18 1/2 ounce) package chocolate cake mix
  • 3 ounces chocolate pudding
  • 1 egg
  • 2 egg whites (save yolks for frosting)
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 8 ounces cool whip

Recipe

  • 1 for cake:.
  • 2 preheat oven to 350 degrees. bland all ingredients until moist. bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
  • 3 for frosting:.
  • 4 with beater, cream butter, sugar, egg yolks and vanilla. fold in cool whip. frost after cake is completely cooled. sprinkle with crushed heath bars.
