Corn Pudding

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 9
  • 1 (15 ounce) can corn (do not drain)
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can creamed corn
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 4 ounces sour cream
  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) box jiffy cornbread mix

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together until well mixed.
  • 2 pour in greased 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
  • 3 bake 1 hour at 350°f.
