Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 2 cups milk
- 14 ounces coconut milk
- 6 egg yolks
Recipe
- 1 whisk together in heavy saucepan.
- 2 bring to a boil over medium heat, whisking costantly and boil 1 minute or till thick, keep whisking.
- 3 remove from heat.
- 4 place pan in ice water, whisking occasionally until cool.
- 5 cover and chill at least 1 hour before using.
