Coffee Fluff

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 lb marshmallows
  • 1 cup hot coffee
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 put marshmallows in double boiler.
  • 2 add coffee and salt-stirring,heat until smooth.
  • 3 chill until it begins to set.
  • 4 fold in stiffly whipped cream.
  • 5 add vanilla.
  • 6 chill until mixture will mound.
  • 7 serve in sherbert glasses.
