- 1/2 lb marshmallows
- 1 cup hot coffee
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 put marshmallows in double boiler.
- 2 add coffee and salt-stirring,heat until smooth.
- 3 chill until it begins to set.
- 4 fold in stiffly whipped cream.
- 5 add vanilla.
- 6 chill until mixture will mound.
- 7 serve in sherbert glasses.
