Chocolate Brandy Sauce

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups dark chocolate (i use nestle chips)
  • 2 ounces brandy

Recipe

  • 1 bring cream to a boil.
  • 2 remove from heat and stir in chocolate until melted.
  • 3 stir in brandy.
  • 4 you can use a cornstarch slurry to thicken it up.
  • 5 serve warm sauce over warm chocolate bread pudding.
