Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups dark chocolate (i use nestle chips)
- 2 ounces brandy
Recipe
- 1 bring cream to a boil.
- 2 remove from heat and stir in chocolate until melted.
- 3 stir in brandy.
- 4 you can use a cornstarch slurry to thicken it up.
- 5 serve warm sauce over warm chocolate bread pudding.
