Moist Lemony Poppy Seed Cupcakes

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 1 (18 1/4 ounce) package lemon cake mix (i use duncan hines moist deluxe)
  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package lemon pudding mix
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seed

Recipe

  • 1 place cake mix and pudding mix into large bowl.
  • 2 add eggs, oil, water and poppy seed.
  • 3 blend until very smooth and glossy.
  • 4 place batter into prepared cupcake pan. i prefer to line mine with cupcake papers.
  • 5 bake 20 minutes at 325.
  • 6 when cool, frost with your favorite icing (i frost mine with cream cheese frosting.
