Moist Lemony Poppy Seed Cupcakes

Ingredients

- 1 (18 1/4 ounce) package lemon cake mix (i use duncan hines moist deluxe)
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 1/3 cup oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package lemon pudding mix
- 1 tablespoon poppy seed
Recipe
- 1 place cake mix and pudding mix into large bowl.
- 2 add eggs, oil, water and poppy seed.
- 3 blend until very smooth and glossy.
- 4 place batter into prepared cupcake pan. i prefer to line mine with cupcake papers.
- 5 bake 20 minutes at 325.
- 6 when cool, frost with your favorite icing (i frost mine with cream cheese frosting.
