No Bake Butterscotch Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 cups sugar
• 3/4 cup margarine
• 1/2 cup evaporated milk
• 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant butterscotch pudding mix
• 3 1/2 cups quick oats

Recipe

• 1 on stovetop in a 3 qt pan on medium heat: combine first 3 ingredients and bring to boil, stirring frequently.
• 2 remove from heat and add pudding mix and oats.
• 3 mix thoroughly.
• 4 cool 15 minutes.
• 5 drop spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
