Marie's Blarney Stones

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package pistachio pudding mix
- 2 eggs
- 6 drops green food coloring
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups butterscotch chips
- 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
Recipe
- 1 cream butter, sugars, vanilla and pudding mix.
- 2 add eggs and food coloring.
- 3 mix in flour and baking soda.
- 4 add butterscotch chips and chopped pecans.
- 5 chill for several hours.
- 6 roll into walnut-sized balls and place 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
- 7 bake for 8 minutes at 350 degrees.
- 8 (cooking time includes chill time).
