Marie's Pistachio Clouds

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple
• 1 cup pineapple juice, reserved from can
• 3 1/2 ounces instant pistachio pudding mix
• 1 (16 ounce) container whipped topping
• 1 cup mini marshmallows

Recipe

• 1 in a large bowl combine pudding mix and pineapple juice, and set aside to thicken.
• 2 meanwhile, strain the pineapple to remove the rest of the liquid.
• 3 fold the whipped topping into the pudding mixture. add marshmallows, and pineapple, and gently fold until combined.
• 4 that's it! it is so easy. when my sis told me about this, i was a bit skeptical, i will admit, but it is just wonderful! great on a warm night. i hope you like it!
