- 1 (3 1/4 ounce) package lemon pie filling mix
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 (5 1/4 ounce) can apricot nectar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 (1 ounce) container cool whip
Recipe
- 1 combine pudding mix, sugar, water, apricot nectar and egg.
- 2 cook and stir over med heat until thickened.
- 3 cool.
- 4 fold into cool whip and then fold in rice.
