Lemon Rice Fluff

Total Time: 16 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 6 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (3 1/4 ounce) package lemon pie filling mix
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 (5 1/4 ounce) can apricot nectar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 (1 ounce) container cool whip

Recipe

  • 1 combine pudding mix, sugar, water, apricot nectar and egg.
  • 2 cook and stir over med heat until thickened.
  • 3 cool.
  • 4 fold into cool whip and then fold in rice.
