Key Lime Mousse/sherbet

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 avocados
• 1/4 cup honey
• 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
• fresh berries (to garnish) (optional)

Recipe

• 1 for mousse:.
• 2 place avocados, honey, and lime juice in a food processor and blend until it's smooth.
• 3 garnish with fruit if you want to.
• 4 serve immediately.
• 5 for sherbet:.
• 6 freeze the mousse for at least 4 hours.
• 7 allow to thaw for 15 minutes before serving.
• 8 this sherbet will keep for up to one month in a freezer.
