Low Sugar Baked Custard

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups skim milk
- 1/4 cup splenda granular or 1/4 cup caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons light maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon golden syrup
- 1 tablespoon strawberry syrup
Recipe
- 1 beat the eggs.
- 2 add milk, splenda and vanilla and mix well.
- 3 mix syrups together and place 1 tbsp in the bottom of 4 ramekins or oven-proof cups.
- 4 pour custard mixture gently into each ramekin.
- 5 place the ramekins in a pan and fill the pan with boiling water to within 2 cm of the top of each ramekin.
- 6 bake at 180 degrees c for 35-50 minutes.
