Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups skim milk
- 1 1/2 cups agave syrup
- 1/2 cup tapioca
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 1/2 cups cold water
Recipe
- 1 soak tapioca over night in 2 1/2 cups cold water.
- 2 drain tapioca and place in crock pot with milk and cook on high for 2 hours.
- 3 mix yolks and agave.
- 4 temper and add into crock
- 5 cook for 15 more.
