Ingredients
- 1 cup whipping cream (35% or better)
- 3 tablespoons icing sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
Recipe
- 1 whip all ingeredients together in your stand mixer on high.
- 2 stiff peaks appear at about 6 - 8 minutes.
