Ginger Whip Cream For Pie

Ingredients

• 1 cup whipping cream (35% or better)
• 3 tablespoons icing sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 3/4 teaspoon ginger powder
• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar

Recipe

• 1 whip all ingeredients together in your stand mixer on high.
• 2 stiff peaks appear at about 6 - 8 minutes.
