Light Toffee Crunch Dessert

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cold nonfat milk
- 1 (1 ounce) package sugar-free instant vaanilla pudding mix
- 2 (8 ounce) cartons frozen fat-free whipped topping
- butterfinger candy bar, crushed (4)
- 1 (16 ounce) angel food cake (cubed)
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, whisk the milk and the pudding mix for 2 minutes.
- 2 let stand for 2 minutes. or until soft-set.
- 3 stir in whipped topping, and gradually fold in remaining whipped topping.
- 4 coat a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray, and layer half of the cake cubes, pudding mixture, and crushed candy bars.
- 5 repeat layers.
- 6 cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
