Champagne Syllabub

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 284 ml heavy cream
  • 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 200 ml champagne

Recipe

  • 1 whip the cream and sugar together to soft peaks.
  • 2 then whip in the champagne until you have a soft, spoonable mixture.
  • 3 serve with macaroons if desired.
