Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 cup self raising flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup sultana (golden raisins)
- 1/2 cup milk (use low fat if you wish)
- 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2 tablespoons golden syrup
- 2 cups boiling water
Recipe
- 1 mix together the first 3 ingredients in a medium casserole dish. add the milk and stir until blended.
- 2 stir the butter, syrup and water together and pour over.
- 3 bake at 180c (350f) for 30-40 minutes.
- 4 serve with cream or icecream.
