Lemon Pudding Cake

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 6 teaspoons flour
- 6 teaspoons butter, melted
- 2 cups sugar (divided)
- 4 eggs, seperated
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon lemon, zest of
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 mix flour, butter and 1-1/2 c sugar.
- 2 beat egg yolks; add to bowl along with milk and lemon zest.
- 3 mix well.
- 4 add lemon juice.
- 5 beat egg whites until stiff, adding remaining sugar while beating.
- 6 fold whites into batter.
- 7 pour into 2 qt baking dish then put the dish in a shallow pan of hot water.
- 8 bake at 350* for 55 minutes or until lightly browned.
